Pricing

The LaserCap is now being offered to patients for the first time ever for $3000, which is an excellent value considering its laser output. The LaserCap emits 25 times the total laser output of the leading laser comb and 2.5 times the power of the laser hood. The LaserCap Kit includes a carrying case with a LaserCap within a hat, powerpack and charger. 

Warranty

The LaserCap carries a one year warranty and may be returned for any reason - or no reason at all - within the first 90 days of purchase for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and applicable credit fees, along with shipping, import, and handling fees if outside USA. The LaserCap is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a LaserCap is determined to be defective, the company will repair or replace it at no chargeduring the warranty period.

Returns

If for any reason the buyer wants to return the LaserCap, the product can be returned within the 1st 90 days from the date of purchase minus a 25% restocking fee.

This Warranty and Returns-Refund Policy does not cover damages caused by acts of God, misuse, negligence, accident, or modification of any part of the unit as determined  by our Returns department. This Warranty and Returns-Refund Schedule does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attmepted repair by anyone other than the Company.

To obtain warranty service or return your LaserCap, you must notify us at 1 (440) 241-1846 or email returns@lasercap.us to receive a return autorizatin number and further instruction. The LaserCap has no user-servuceabke parts and any attempt to repair or modify the LaserCap will void this warranty and Return-Refund Schedule.
